Instruction #1
1. Start by switching off the tablet by holding the Power button.
2. Now press and hold the Volume Up button.
3. Next, press the Power button for a short while holding Volume Up.
4. Wait until the tablet vibrates, then relase the Power key.
5. After that is done, press the Home button. You will see the Recovery Mode menu.
6. Now press Volume Down to choose 'Wipe data/factory reset'. Push the Power button to confirm.
7. Now, select'Yes--delete all user data'. Use Volume Down button to scroll and Power key to select.
8. Select 'Reboot system now', which will restart the device.
9. You have performed the hard reset.

1. Make sure that the device is on.
2. Go to Settings >Privacy.
3. Press Factory data reset.
4. Press Reset device >Erase everything.
5. Complete.

I am very upset this tab has front-facing camera only. You can only take pics of yourself. It's the only tab I've seen where you can't take pictures at parties. This really up set me because my sister got the same one only in a different color box ...
